Florida Super Lawyers Named

Six attorneys from Bricklemyer Smolker & Bolves, P.A. were named to the Florida Super Lawyers list for 2011.  Four of the firm’s attorneys made the publication’s Top List, and two were recognized as Rising Stars.  Only five percent of the lawyers in the state are named to the Super Lawyers Top List, and only 2.5% are named as Rising Stars.

David Smolker, Jay Bartlett, Richard Schlosser, and Jeffrey Hinds were named to Super Lawyers’ Top List for 2011, with Ethan Loeb and Clayton Bricklemyer named as Rising Stars.

The selections for this esteemed list are made by the research team at Super Lawyers, which is a service of the Thomson Reuters, Legal division.  Each year, the research team at Super Lawyers undertakes a rigorous multi-phase selection process that includes a statewide survey of lawyers, independent evaluation of candidates by the attorney-led research staff, a peer review of candidates by practice area, and a good-standing and disciplinary check.
